SIGERIC of Canterbury
blonde lager - 4.5% vol
bitter 2/4
straw colour

Balanced and light like the step of the best pilgrims... With hints of bergamot, lemongrass and candy sugar. The beer to always have in the fridge.

Sigeric, Archbishop of Canterbury, was the author of the oldest diary along the Via Francigena, in 990 AD, in which he wrote down all the best places to rest and refresh himself: the first guide for pilgrims and gourmets...
Even today we follow his footsteps to reach Rome, and for this reason it is the beer of the first step on every good journey.

The label is taken from the 11th century Stuttgart Psalter, a miniated book from the 11th century.
